The following services are included within our Bond Cleaning Service at Complete Bond Clean:
General
- Cobwebs removal, insect marks, and nests in properties where Pest Control is not warranted
- Clean fans, air conditioners, and filters
- Clean light fittings which are accessible and can be safely removed
- Clean walls, power points, and light switches
- Clean doors, architraves, and skirting
- Clean drawers and cupboards including the doors and shelves
- Vacuum sliding door tracks
- Vacuum all floors and carpets
- Mop hard floors
Bathroom
- Clean exhaust fans
- Clean inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers
- Clean toilet, behind S bend, and around cistern
- Clean sink and polish all tap ware and towel rails
- Clean mirrors and windows, window tracks and floor
- Clean bath, and shower recess.
- Remove built up soap residue on tiles, shower screens, and soap holder
Garage

The following services are excluded from our Bond Cleaning Service at Complete Bond Clean:
Mould
We do take care of moulds in bond cleaning, however, sometimes it requires a more thorough cleaning of designated areas, something not covered in bond cleaning.
Damp Spots
Damp Spots can happen anywhere in the house. While we will do our best to remove such marks and moulds, we can’t completely make these disappear. No matter how hard you try, the damp spots will return due to excess moisture.
Thorough Wall Clean
While spot clean walls for insect marks, however, a full wall clean requires more time. A through wall clean is only required in case marks exist beyond the normal wear and tear.
Discoloration
Discoloration happens with normal wear and tear of the property. Grouts, plastics, and toilets can discolor over time, and can’t be brought back to their original color without detailed bathroom cleaning.
Ceilings
We do not clean ceilings
Items such as furniture, refrigerator, and other items not listed in the inclusions list, won’t be cleaned unless otherwise agreed upon.
Kitchen Items
We don’t clean, nor warrant kitchen items that occupy cupboards and drawers.
Furnished Property Exclusions
We do not clean, nor warrant nick knacks as picture frames, vases, lamps, clocks, fruit bowls, linen and other decorative items.
Specialist Services
Areas that require special attention or cleaning equipments, or chemicals, are excluded from our bond cleaning service.
Complete Bond Clean Guarantee Exclusions
Here are a few things that we can’t guarantee:
While we will be working on the exterior part of the windows, we can’t warrant them owing to weather conditions.
Outside areas cannot be fully protected from weather elements. This includes balconies and patios, and other areas that can’t be fully closed off. We will clean all areas, but due to bad weather, can’t warrant the same.
We will neither be responsible nor warrant items post pest control, as specific places may require additional cleaning or pest control. This may include dead insects or animals due to pest control being applied to the property.
